About The Summit

Africa’s broadcasting ecosystem is undergoing a paradigm shift. As the world moves from satellite to cloud-based video distribution, African broadcasters, telcos, and regulators face an unprecedented opportunity to leapfrog legacy systems and build agile, cost-efficient, and scalable infrastructures for the future.

However, navigating this transition requires a coordinated strategy that addresses infrastructure readiness, regulatory complexities, and new business and commercial models.

The Cloud Broadcasting Summit – Africa 2026 will provide a high-level platform for decision-makers to assess the technological, regulatory, and business readiness of the continent for cloud-native broadcasting.

Through keynote presentations, technical deep-dives, and interactive sessions, the Summit will highlight global best practices, case studies from early African adopters, and emerging business models that enable seamless multi-platform content delivery.

Bringing together broadcasters, regulators, telecoms, and technology providers and serving as a crucial forum to facilitate dialogue and forge strategic partnerships, the event will address policy gaps, infrastructure bottlenecks whilst at the same time help to build a roadmap for a resilient and profitable cloud broadcasting ecosystem across Africa.
